Website content is provided for general informational purposes and should not automatically be treated as legal, financial, regulatory or professional advice outside the scope of an agreed service engagement.
Descriptions of services, capabilities, technology stacks or processes do not create a binding obligation unless they are included in an accepted proposal, agreement or statement of work.
5. Service Inquiries
Submitting a contact form, email, project brief, request for quotation or consultation request does not automatically create a contractual relationship.
A formal service engagement normally begins only after applicable commercial terms have been accepted.
These may be documented through:
a proposal
quotation

service agreement
purchase order
invoice
written project confirmation
Fesonet Technology may accept, decline or request further information regarding any inquiry.
6. Proposals and Quotations
